Who can participate?
Our adaptive sports programs are designed for individuals with physical disabilities age 8 and older.
Activities will take place from 9:00 to 3:30.
The registration fee is $50 for a full day.
Please, DO NOT make your payment until you receive an email confirmation of your place in the program for the date(s) selected.
You will then receive a second email with the invoice for the selected date(s). You can make your payment online using the secure Quickbooks link or send a cheque or money order payable to the Adaptive Sports Foundation, 549 Knowlton road, Knowlton, QC, J0E 1V0.
In case of bad weather
The activity may be postponed or cancelled. Please consult our website or FACEBOOK PAGE the morning of the activity for postponement/cancellation updates.

What is ASF looking for in a volunteer?
We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about working with people with physical disabilities and who are active and experienced.
Can I volunteer now?
We are always happy to welcome new volunteers to our programs. Please note that activity volunteers must attend the required sport specific training.
Do I need previous experience in sports?
You don’t have to be an expert, you just have to have the desire to help others.
What are the benefits for volunteering with ASF?

Do volunteers need to be bilingual (French/English)?
No, bilingual skills help, but are not required for the majority of volunteer opportunities available at the ASF.
